Every Sunday at 10.00am 

Holy Communion Service - followed by fellowhip and refreshments

 

Sunday 9th November - there is no Holy Communion as we have a Service of Remembrance at 10am, followed by gathering around the Cenotaph for 2 minutes silence at 11am

 

1st and 2nd Sundays - Godly Play in Henbury Village Hall 

3rd Sunday - Muddy Church in the grounds around the church and Blaise Estate

 

 

Advent and Christmas

As well as our usual Sunday morning services, we have some special afternoon and evening Services on each of the three Sundays leading up to Christmas, as well as a Christmas Fair, A Christmas Tree Festival and different services to choose from on Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning

 

Saturday 29th November from 11am til 2pm - Christmas Fair 

Stalls, crafts, cakes, carols, Santa and more! In Henbury Village Hall.

 

Sunday 7th December at 4pm - Christingle Service

A favourite for the children - come and sing some carols and enjoy the Christingles

 

Sunday 14th December at 6pm - Carols by Candlelight

A traditional cosy service of lessons and carols, followed by mulled wine and mince pies in Henbury Village Hall

 

Christmas Tree Festival

Wednesday 17th - Friday 19th December from 2-5pm and Saturday 20th December from 10am -1pm. Free Entry. Impromptu carols will be sung!

 

Sunday 21st December at 4pm - A Blue Christmas

A quieter alternative service for those who find Christmastime difficult due to loneliness, bereavement, loss or other struggles. 

 

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

 

Christmas Eve at 4pm - Crib Service

Come and learn the story of the first Christmas. Dressing up as a nativity character is highly recommended!

 

Christmas Eve at 11pm - Midnight Mass

A traditional celebration of holy communion as the clock strikes midnight

 

Christmas Day at 10am - Christmas Morning Celebration
