11.30am Healing Service (4th Sunday of each month)
9.30am Holy Communion at the Dower House on Station Road during Term Time
We are really pleased to be able to worship
together once again. Whilst some restrictions have been lifted there are others still in place that govern what we may or may not do.
Holy Communion is allowed however the conditions to be met for this to happen are stringent and difficult for St. Mary's at this time. For this reason we are having Morning Worship at 10am on Sundays.
We are discouraged from using hymnbooks or service booklets so for the time being everything will be single use. Please take your copy home with you after the service.
We will not be able to exchange the Peace in any way that involves physical contact. I will go through all these things at the start of the service.
Seating arrangements will be marked out in church, family groups may sit together and all will be encouraged to maintain appropriate distance.
The current guidelines suggest we can welcome all ages but we have to make clear adults must keep children with them at all times and the children's corner cannot be used as we can't guarantee to keep it safe.
Church will be open from 9.30 to allow people to
gather safely. Hand gel must be used on entry.
We are not allowed a collection for offerings during the service. The box will be available for retiring collection.
The Village Hall is undergoing major refurbishment so we are unable to use the car park, serve refreshments or have access to toilet facilities.
St. Mary’s will be open to all,
HOWEVER if you are isolating or are feeling unwell PLEASE DO NOT come to Church.
I look forward to seeing you.
